I attach blurred screenshots below of what I am experiencing, if they might help. Since my logfiles contains alot of personal information, I'm not really interested in sharing them here but I'm open for ideas. If I press back and retry playing the episode, it might work but it might also give me the episode info screen again.

Finally I'm brought to a new screen displaying info about the series but no video is played.

It seems like it's buffering for awhile (15 seconds or something?) but nothing happens.

Here are the symptoms that appears sometimes:

Not sure if it's something wrong with Plex (using the latest PlexPass version at the time I write this), or something with my DS718+ NAS running DSM6.2beta. Plex on my iPhone8 has started to behave strange.
